Leading SAFe

The Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) offers a holistic approach towards scaling agility in complex product development. This course is intended for leaders and team members who want to optimize the entire value chain of their company through an agile approach.

The training answers the questions:

• What is SAFe?
• What is business agility and how does SAFe support it?
• How does an organization get started with the Scaled Agile Framework®?

Learning Objectives

• Realize the benefits of SAFe, including:
• Establish Team and Technical Agility and organize around the flow of value
• Align massive organizations around clear, common objectives
• Participate successfully in critical SAFe events, such as PI Planning
• Adopt a customer-centric mindset

Prerequisites

Basic knowledge in agile methods (Scrum, Kanban etc.) and practical experience in agile methods at the team level are an advantage.

Diploma

This 2-day SAFe training qualifies for certification as SAFe Agilist (SA). The certification takes place individually by the course participant online. We always use the latest version of the framework.

Trainer

The training is conducted by 2-3 trainers from avega IT AG. We are certified SAFe Practice Consultants (SPC) with many years of practical experience in agile environments.
